Installation & Contractor Support
Even a suitable colored pavement material can fail if the substrate, weather or application process is wrong. FUXIN GROUP provides practical preparation and installation guidance to help contractors use the selected system consistently.
Pre-construction review
Before application, the contractor should assess substrate strength, moisture, contamination, cracks, old coatings, texture, drainage and traffic-control conditions. Concrete, asphalt, steel and existing coated surfaces may require different preparation and primer decisions. The approved method should reflect the actual site.
Typical support topics
- Surface cleaning, repair and preparation
- Primer selection and coverage guidance where required
- Mixing sequence, ratios, pot life and tool planning
- Application rate, aggregate broadcast or layer sequence
- Drying, curing, reopening and protection from weather or traffic
Trial application
A representative trial area helps confirm adhesion, color, texture, skid feel, material consumption and crew technique. It also gives the project owner and contractor a shared reference before full-scale work. The trial should use the intended substrate, tools, crew and layer structure whenever possible.
Construction records
Useful site records include batch numbers, mixing times, consumption, substrate temperature, air temperature, humidity, weather, start and finish times, photographs and reopening time. These records support quality control and make later troubleshooting more reliable.
Remote and project-based assistance
Support may include product guidance, video communication, method review and troubleshooting. On-site assistance or contractor training can be discussed according to location, schedule and project scope. Technical guidance does not replace the contractor obligation to follow local safety rules, specifications and site supervision requirements.
