Quality Control & Material Testing

Reliable colored pavement performance begins with suitable materials, consistent production and correct installation. FUXIN GROUP uses product-specific quality checks to support contractors, distributors and project owners from sample confirmation through batch delivery.

Incoming material review

Raw materials are checked according to their role in the finished system. The review may cover supplier documentation, appearance, color, packaging condition and relevant physical properties. Materials that do not meet the applicable purchasing or production requirements are separated for further evaluation.

In-process and finished-product checks

Batch weights, mixing sequence and processing records
Appearance, color consistency and dispersion
Viscosity, solids or drying behavior where applicable
Packaging integrity, labeling and batch identification
Project-specific sample comparison when an approved sample is used

Testing is selected for the product and intended use. Depending on the system, additional evaluation can include adhesion, abrasion resistance, water exposure, skid-related performance, film formation or compatibility with the proposed substrate. Not every test applies to every material.

Project samples and trial areas

Color screens and laboratory samples help align expectations, but a site trial remains important because substrate texture, primer choice, application rate, weather and workmanship can affect the final appearance and performance. We recommend confirming the complete system on a representative area before full construction.

Traceability and technical records

Available batch and product information can be coordinated during order review. If a tender, importer or project consultant requires a particular test method or document format, send the requirement before quotation so our team can confirm availability, scope and any third-party testing needs.
