From requirement to approved sample
The process normally begins with the target application, substrate, traffic, climate, construction method and performance priorities. We then review raw material compatibility and production feasibility. Where appropriate, a laboratory sample or trial quantity is prepared for evaluation before a full order.
Color approval
Color can appear different across wet material, cured film, textured aggregate and real pavement. Lighting, gloss, substrate and application rate also affect appearance. For this reason, custom color approval should use an agreed sample and a representative application method. Digital screen colors are useful references but are not sufficient for final acceptance.
Minimum quantities and lead time
Minimum order quantity depends on the product, formulation, packaging and raw materials. Development, testing, label preparation and special procurement may add time. These conditions are quoted after the scope is reviewed; no single minimum or lead time applies to every OEM request.
Brand and compliance responsibilities
Customers should provide authorized artwork, accurate importer information and destination-market requirements. Labels and claims must match the actual product and available evidence. Final specifications, tolerances, acceptance criteria and ownership of custom materials should be documented in the order agreement.
