After delivery

On receipt, customers should check package count, labels, visible damage and product condition before storage or use. Any transit shortage or damage should be recorded promptly with photographs and shipping documents. Materials should be stored under the conditions stated in the applicable guidance and protected from incompatible temperatures, moisture or contamination.

How to report an issue

Please provide the order reference, product name, batch number, quantity involved, delivery and storage conditions, substrate, preparation method, mixing details, application rate, weather, timeline and clear photographs. If material remains, keep unopened or representative samples until the review is complete.

Warranty review

Any warranty applies according to the written quotation, contract, product specification and agreed conditions for the specific order. Review may consider shelf life, storage, substrate condition, system compatibility, application, workmanship, weather, maintenance and exposure. No general webpage statement replaces the signed commercial agreement or project acceptance criteria.

Resolution process

After receiving sufficient evidence, our team will review the case and identify appropriate next steps. These may include additional information, sample testing, a site or video review, application advice or another remedy consistent with the confirmed cause and contract terms.
